Publication frequency
IJCLSI publishes two issues per year: Issue 1 (January–June, published June) and Issue 2 (July–December, published December). Accepted articles are published online-first on a rolling basis and assigned to the open issue. Each issue targets 15–25 articles.
The historical bi-monthly (six issues per year) claim has been formally retired. External directory listings are being updated to reflect this schedule.

Ownership
Indian Journal of Contemporary Legal and Social Issues is owned and published by IJCLSI, New Delhi, India. The journal is managed by its Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board, who exercise independent control over editorial decisions.
